Lincolnshire wedding photographer

Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland are the main areas I cover as a Sleaford based Wedding Photographer. But I'm certainly in for a little drive around the UK, as well as travelling abroad to take fun authentic photos that show off your personalities. My superpower is fitting in with your mates with a good bit of banter (I'm ex-RAF so I've certainly got the bants) and becoming your Nanna's new fave by the end of the night.

Flamingoes are my animal totum - in fact one of my couples once adopted a flamingo for me (and yes I obviously cried!). I love festivals, Schitts Creek, Disney, Married at First Sight, True Crime documentaries (probs a bit too interested tbh), beautiful shoes especially cowboy boots and (Eco) glitter!

I've been a Professional Photographer for over 20 years (which is strange as I'm only 32?! ) with the last 6 years full time specialising in Weddings.

So, if you're looking for uh-may-zing wedding photos and a "Wedding Photographer Near Me" who will fit in, not make you feel awkward and makes you look like you on your best day ever, then get in touch!

Award winning Lincolnshire Photographer

I'm not a photographer that enters competitions and goes for awards, but I started 2025 off with the attitude of why not? I'm pushing myself out of my comfort zone and doing the things that make me inwardly cringe. So, I entered some photos into This Is Reportage - the home of the best documentary wedding photographers in the world.

Guess what? I only went and won a flipping award!!

About my work

Joyful, romantic and fun wedding photos.

My approach to photography is relaxed and informal. I'd describe my wedding photography as joyful, romantic, fun documentary with candid and creative moments. I’m authentic with my editing style keeping your day true to how it was – so no heavy colour casts or filters. It’s your wedding, I want my photos to reflect that.

I'll make you feel comfortable and we'll have a good laugh, but most importantly, I'll get photos of your wedding day that are "just so you". I enjoy taking creative photos that show off your personalities.

"What really drew us to your work is the natural, relaxed feel of your photographs. We love how moments feel genuinely observed rather than staged, and how much attention there seems to be to atmosphere, light and the small in-between moments."

MY COUPLES SAY

"All our guests loved Frankie..."

Frankie was absolutely and completely perfect. From the moment that we first met her to discuss our forthcoming wedding, she was friendly, personable and with an infectious sense of humour. On the day all of the guests loved her and the images she produced for us were nothing short of magical - we could relive the day through her photographs. A delightfully professional and happy experience throughout.”  Christine and Martin

"Frankie was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We knew the moment we met her that she was the photographer for us! She made everything so simple and easy for us which is a massive help when juggling other wedding bits and bobs. Frankie is super relaxed which really helped add to the vibe we wanted."  Zoe and Ben

Hi, I'm Frankie (she/her)

From a young age I knew I wanted to be a Photographer after “helping” my dad process films and watch the magic of prints appear in the trays of chemicals.

I did a GCSE and A level in Photography at 6th Form, decided against going to university and joined the RAF where I was a Photographer for 9 years. I have been self-employed since 2010, with the last 6 years being full time.

I capture weddings honestly and joyfully. Focusing on real people, real moments, and real personality without stiffness, pressure, or heavy editing. Think true to life colours, real lighting, genuine atmosphere.

I feel that everyone deserves to feel heard, represented, safe and loved and every wedding should be celebrated in an authentically you way.

Ooooh I've been featured! Take a look at real weddings and styled shoots that have been printed in magazines and online blogs
